Mango Salsa

Here is a salsa that I made for some grilled Jerk fish:

1 Mango
2 Peaches
1 Jalapeno (seeded)
1/2 Red Onion

Dice above ingredients and add to a bowl. Mix in:

1/4 Cup Corriander (chopped)
2 Garlic (finely chopped)
1 Tsp. Brown Sugar
1/2 Lime (juice)
2 Tsp. Red Wine Vinegar

Salt & Pepper to taste.

Chill for about an hour before serving.
